You’ll be asked about your fitness goals, exercise history, any injuries or limitations, and your availability for consultations. This information ensures I can create a plan that’s personalized to your needs and addresses any concerns you may have appropriately.

Your program access will last for the duration of the selected package (e.g., 4 weeks) on Trainerize - but screenshots last forever! Extensions or new programs can be purchased at a discounted rate for previous clients if you wish to continue training.
