You'll receive a custom training plan, check-ins, and ongoing support through a coaching app or email. You can access all the guidance you need, wherever you are, while we track your progress and adjust as necessary.
2. What’s the difference between the session bundles?
Our session bundles are designed to provide consistent coaching with the option for more frequent support:
12-Session Bundle (3 Months): 1 session per week, ideal for clients looking for steady progress.
24-Session Bundle (3 Months): 2 sessions per week, great for clients aiming for faster results.
36-Session Bundle (3 Months): 3 sessions per week, perfect for clients who want high accountability and rapid progress.
8-Session Bundle (1-2 Months): 2 sessions per week, for those with short-term goals or specific needs.
4-Session Bundle (1 Month): 1 session per week, for those trying online coaching or focusing on immediate goals.
3. How do the discounted bundles work?
The discounted bundles allow you to commit to multiple sessions at a reduced price. When you purchase one of these packages, you receive a discount of 20% off the regular price, helping you save money while staying consistent with your training.
4. Can I customize my session frequency or bundle?
While the session bundles are designed with specific frequencies, we can work together to tailor the program to fit your unique needs. If you want to adjust the number of sessions or the format, just let us know, and we’ll customize your plan accordingly.
5. What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. We’ll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule.
6. How do I track my progress?
You’ll have access to a private coaching app where you can log your workouts, track your nutrition, and monitor your progress. We’ll also have regular check-ins to discuss your goals, and you’ll receive adjustments to your training plan as needed.
7. What equipment do I need for online coaching?
You don’t need much equipment to get started! The basics are a stable internet connection and a device (phone, tablet, or computer) to communicate during sessions. Depending on your goals, you may need access to dumbbells, resistance bands, or a gym, but we can work with what you have available.
8. Do you offer nutrition coaching?
Yes! Nutrition is a key part of any fitness journey, and I provide customized nutrition plans tailored to your needs, goals, and preferences. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, or simply improve your overall health, your nutrition plan will support your fitness objectives.
9. How do I sign up for a package?
To sign up, simply fill out the sign-up or health history form at the bottom of the page. After submitting, I’ll contact you to discuss your goals, choose the right package, and set up your first session!
10. Do you offer any refunds?
Due to the personalized nature of online coaching, refunds are not available once a package has been purchased. However, if you have any concerns or issues, please reach out to me directly, and I’ll do my best to resolve them.
